EMEA Legal Counsel

We are seeking an EMEA Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA legal team, you will provide legal support and guidance to key stakeholders in the region. You will work closely with business teams to understand their needs and objectives, and deliver commercially-focused advice and deliverables. Your role will also include managing and mitigating risk through the enforcement of our Global Contracting Principles, assisting in the definition of our developing product offerings, and supporting our global procurement team to buy quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal support and guidance to key stakeholders in the EMEA region
* Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and objectives
* Deliver commercially-focused advice and deliverables
* Manage and mitigate risk through the enforcement of Global Contracting Principles
* Assist in the definition of developing product offerings
* Support global procurement team to buy quality products and services
Requirements
* Graduated with a Master's degree in law and/or LLM
* Extensive professional experience (at least 5 years) as a lawyer with solid knowledge in IT contract law and commercial law
* Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
* Business orientation, able to deliver commercially-focused advice
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French
