Agency Director (M/F) - Permanent Position

As the leader of the Covéa agency in Vesoul, you will take charge of a team of 4 Customer Advisors, guiding them in their professional development and enhancing their sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and energize a team of customer advisors on a daily basis.
  • Strategically organize and plan the agency's operations.
  • Engage in the operational tasks of the team.
  • Assess and monitor your team's performance against set objectives and business protocols.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to boost the agency's commercial success.
  • Strengthen the local brand presence within the designated area.
  • Embrace diverse challenges that bring excitement to your role.
  • Cultivate skills and support the career aspirations of your team members.
  • Promote team unity by fostering a trustworthy environment that encourages engagement.
