Warehouse Fit-Out Expert with SaaS Experience

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Paris, France. This exciting role offers the perfect blend of sales expertise and SaaS experience.

This full-time position combines time in our Paris office with remote work, requiring fluency in English and French at a professional level.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Development:
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and client-focused approach.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to senior decision-makers in medium and large enterprises.
- Negotiate contracts and drive successful deal closures.
- Convert inbound inquiries into active platform users and long-term customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Client Success:
- Guide clients through the platform to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of warehouse equipment sales and fit-out expertise to solve client challenges.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Report sales performance metrics and key insights to company leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and client feedback.
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in warehouse equipment sales (e.g., selling racking systems, forklifts, cantilevers, mezzanines, or similar solutions).
- Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and consistently closing deals.
- Deep understanding of warehouse fit-out processes and related equipment.
- Fluency in English and French at a professional level is mandatory.
- Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to collaborate in the office and work remotely.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital sales tools is highly desirable.
