About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing full sales cycles and consistently closing deals. Your expertise in warehouse equipment sales, particularly in selling racking systems, forklifts, cantilevers, mezzanine structures, and related solutions will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

This is a hybrid role that combines time in our Paris office with remote work, requiring fluency in English and French at a professional level. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our B2B clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to senior decision-makers in medium and large enterprises.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive successful deal closures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of warehouse equipment sales and fit-out expertise to solve client challenges.

You'll report sales performance metrics and key insights to company leadership, ensuring we make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in warehouse equipment sales.
  • Fluency in English and French at a professional level.
  • Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to collaborate in the office and work remotely.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital sales tools is highly desirable.
