About the Job
This is a Senior Manager Digital Experience role at AccorCorpo.
The team is responsible for delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost. They do this by leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships, and tools to maximize topline revenue.
As a Senior Manager Digital Experience, you will work on improving brands' websites and user experience.
You will prioritize and define websites' revamps and evolutions roadmap for brands across Premium, Midscale & Economy segments.
You will also collect, challenge, and prioritize evolutions needs from regions and brands.
Key responsibilities include managing timelines for execution of digital marketing deliverables and goals, improving user experience based on data analysis, audiences, and best practices, leading transversal projects related to digital user experience, monitoring performance and sharing reporting, and collaborating with various teams to improve brand share of voice and consistency between brands.com and ALL.
You will lead optimization initiatives across owned channels touchpoints, optimize customer journeys with a full funnel approach, contribute to implementing SEO optimizations, improve e-merchandising with the support of the CRM Omnichannel Manager, improve content quality and consistency, and identify and implement AB tests with the help of product teams/e-merchandisers to improve user experience.
You will also monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of brands.com, collect, analyze, and share data through analytics tools, create a monthly website performance report, and collaborate with traffic acquisition, SEO, and CRM teams to maximize brand visibility and performance within the All/brand ecosystem.
Additional responsibilities include contributing to sharing best-practices and communicating on results, analyzing, defining, and following-up on AEM user guides that need to be created and shared, co-animating AEM training on new components, sharing AB tests results, website performance, guiding ecommerce teams in the hubs towards optimization of their brand strategies through digital levers based on digital insights and integrated in digital brand strategies and roadmaps, and designing and implementing frameworks, guidelines, and governance on activities related to the job missions.
Finally, you will manage relationships with providers, follow-up projects with providers, run regular business reviews with partners, and work hand-in-hand with agencies on implementing use cases, processes, and ways of working.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years' experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce
- Strong affinity and experience with brand marketing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-Starter
- Analytical and results-driven
- Good knowledge of one or several CMS tools
- Knowledge of digital activation channels: Media, Paid traffic, SEO, CRM
- Strategic thinker
- Fluent English
