Job Description
Financial Controller, Astore Europe and North Africa
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Astore Europe and North Africa. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and driving an efficient finance controlling strategy for Astore in Europe and North Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead financial planning and analysis processes for procurement activities within the ENA PME region.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Produce, review, and control the ENA P&L variances between AC/BU/LE figures.
- Act as a relay with the accounting team to adjust P&L/submit corrections.
- Deliver on-time, on-quality, management reporting and insightful analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, providing clear and concise information on procurement activities and financial performance.
- Drive the financial agenda (budget, forecast, and actual review) in sync with ENA FP&A and Global ENA Team.
- Evaluate business opportunities (profitability analysis, new business models, etc.).
- Support the accounting team to seek processes harmonization, simplification, and efficiency across Procurement ENA region.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Financial Controlling.
- Full working proficiency in English and French.
- Analytical and strategical skills.
- Ability to work in complex and uncertain environments.
- Excel, PowerBi/Tableau, SQL.
