Job Title: Risk Manager - Savings and Customer Behavior

AXA is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager - Savings and Customer Behavior to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and controlling risks related to Savings business underwritten by AXA's entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor risks related to Savings business underwritten by AXA's entities.
  • Participate in the definition of adequate indicators/metrics for underwriting business decisions.
  • Provide 2nd Opinion on credited rates and Savings PAP (when needed).
  • Validate the modeling and calculation of Solvency Required Capital for Savings risks (Lapses, OCB, Mass Lapse, Expense).
  • Participate in the review of entities (In-Depth Review) with respect to Savings business.
  • Review the 2nd Opinion on Reserves (Flash Process).
  • Coordinate the value for customer monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets and strong statistical, actuarial, and modeling skills.
  • Good knowledge of Asset and Liability Management techniques for Insurance Companies.
  • Knowledge of SII framework.
  • IT skills include R, VBA.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, another language (Spanish, German…) is a plus.
