We are seeking an experienced Actuarial and Risk Professional to join our team as an Internal Auditor. As a key member of our Group Finance and Risk Management Audit team, you will play a critical role in monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of our internal control and risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audit reviews of AXA SA and AXA Liabilities Managers, focusing on Risk Management and P&C actuarial topics.
- Support internal audit teams of subsidiaries in auditing P&C and Risk Management actuarial related topics.
- Develop and maintain audit programs on P&C and Risk Management themes, ensuring the highest operational standards are consistently adopted across the Group.
- Perform quarterly reporting of audit issues to the Group top management.
- Contribute to building the Risk Management & Actuarial Community, developing training programs and R&D tools.
- Recruit, develop, and maintain skills and capabilities within the team to support actuarial & risk management audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, bringing technical expertise as determined by the Head of Finance and Risk audit.
- Strong technical understanding of P&C insurance business, including Pricing, Underwriting, and Internal Model, with over 7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English and French (both essential).
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to perform audits on technical risk management concepts.
- Sturdy qualitative risk-based thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for up to 10% of the time.
- A good understanding of Solvency II and IFRS17 would be highly valued.
