Join RATP EPIC as a Senior IT Project Manager

The Digital & Innovation operational division is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all essential information systems and digital solutions that support the Group's operations, including transportation service design, personnel and train scheduling, fleet safety, maintenance, and enhancing passenger experience.

The digital factory (FAB) undertakes preliminary studies, project execution, maintenance, and operational management of these business processes. This role places you at the core of RATP's operational and developmental activities, offering a diverse and rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities

What will your daily responsibilities include?

  • Oversee studies, projects, and maintenance while supporting business stakeholders throughout all project phases
  • Develop technical solutions and ensure their integration into RATP's information systems in collaboration with architects and various stakeholders
  • Effectively manage different phases of studies and projects, from requirement gathering to detailed functional and technical specifications, culminating in commissioning and deployment
  • Assume ownership of the solution
  • Guarantee adherence to project commitments regarding quality, budget, timelines, and security

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering degree in Computer Science, with at least 5 years of experience in implementing Information Systems projects.

  • Solid technical expertise to develop and evaluate solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly agile
  • Proficient project management skills to ensure successful project completion while maintaining quality, budget, and timelines

Contract Type: Permanent

Remote Work: Yes (2 to 3 days per week)

Compensation: To be determined based on experience - Minimum annual gross salary of 47,000€ excluding bonuses
