Are you a marketing analytics expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key driver of our marketing performance acceleration, you will be responsible for designing and monitoring common digital marketing objectives, driving performance marketing, and animating and upskilling the digital and wider marketing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Monitor Common Digital Marketing Objectives (CDMO): Design the annual common digital marketing objectives for all PR affiliates, measure the results quarterly, and provide strong insights and guidelines to improve through in-depth analytics.
  • Drive Performance Marketing: Monitor accurately the success and business impact of digital marketing initiatives, organize specific digital performance reviews with the digital community, and support the evolution of Group Marketing Reporting tools.
  • Drive Consistent and Impactful Consumer Activation Mapping: Design a global Consumer Activation Map template, embed and upskill brand and market companies, and support affiliates in the delivery of their consumer activation maps.
  • Animate and Upskill the Digital & Wider Marketing Community: Upskill the marketing organization with a performance mindset, identify and provide recommendations for improving marketing performance, and support brands and markets in the advanced use of data-driven marketing.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing analytics on digital marketing and/or media functions in an international environment.
  • Master's degree in marketing or business.
  • Strong experience in web and analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CMS, and reporting BI.
  • Advanced Excel and proven data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of key martech tools, including CRM, Social/Media, and Search Tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
  • Strong business and results-driven mindset, with a strong appetite for analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to interact with multiple business and tech stakeholders at all levels.
