Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to join our team at Selby Jennings in Paris and play a pivotal role in developing the infrastructure and strategy for our client's Options trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the infrastructure supporting the entire investment process.
- Build and maintain a data warehouse, including setting up an ETL process to extract data from both internal and external sources.
- Process and analyze large datasets.
- Create trading dashboards for use by the trading team.
- Automate trade execution and assist in the development of execution algorithms.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in data scraping, data cleaning, and data visualization.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in finance (strong candidates from the technology sector will also be considered).
- Highly Valued Experience: Experience in developing algorithmic trading systems.
