Colas Rail France is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our railway equipment, reducing carbon emissions, and minimizing cash outlays.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procedures for investment and divestment decisions, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Monitor and report on the effective management of our equipment, including:
- Tracking and analyzing the Utilization Rate of Machines (TUM) to identify areas for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting investment proposals to senior management, including the 10-year Plan and CAPEX Day.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of investment projects.
- Manage the entire investment budget, ensuring transparency and validation of investment requests, as well as control of arbitrations and disposals.
- Pilot and facilitate workshops to identify future equipment needs, involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the monitoring of IFRS16 contracts.
- Strong knowledge of railway equipment, particularly rolling stock.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, including those related to ferroviaire.
- Understanding of financial management principles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
