**Job Summary**
Emagine Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Specialist to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition to new technological solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to manage the people side of change.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify and engage key stakeholders impacted by digital transformation.
- Create communication plans to ensure timely and clear communication about changes, benefits, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
- Design training plans to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new digital tools and processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of change management efforts.
**Deliverables**
- Change Management Plan: Develop a comprehensive plan outlining the strategy, approach, and tactics to manage the people side of change.
- Stakeholder Analysis: Identify and analyze key stakeholders who will be impacted by digital transformation and develop strategies to engage and communicate with them effectively.
- Communication Plan: Create a communication plan to ensure timely and clear communication about changes, benefits, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
- Training Plan: Design a training plan to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new digital tools and processes.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs related to the success of change management efforts.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 7 years of relevant change management experience in digital transformation projects.
- Change management diploma, certification, or similar qualification (APMG, ADKAR, or PROSCI) desirable.
- Fluent English language skills.
