About the Role
You will join the Expert Models & Advisory team at Natixis as a Senior Analyst in charge of LGD models for specialized financing. This role is focused on project financing, real estate, aviation, and commodity financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct redesign, review, and recalibration exercises for specialized financing LGD models in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with risk and front office experts to develop and refine LGD models and their scope of application.
- Draft summary documents for users and supervisory bodies, and contribute to updating procedures for the rating system.
- Present model changes to validation committees and supervisory bodies.
- Participate in the operational insertion of developed models and regulatory monitoring.
- Organize training sessions for credit and business analysts on new versions of specialized financing LGD models.
- Present model tracking as part of annual backtesting exercises.

Requirements
- Higher education in economics or finance.
- Proven experience in risk analysis, particularly in CIB, and/or consulting.
- Familiarity with analysis of specialized financing, LGD models, and credit risk models.
- Knowledge of corporate and investment bank businesses and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and writing skills.
- Ability to initiate innovative topics and structure studies.
- Rigorous and autonomous work style.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
