Job Description

We are seeking an IT Consultant Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new partners on our electronic data interchange (EDI) streams and optimizing the service for existing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new partners on our EDI streams and optimize the service for existing partners
  • Support the group's EDI streams, resolve incidents, and find solutions for optimizations
  • Support evolutions and enhancements, and coordinate with the Team, Sales & Partners/Clients
  • Identification, evaluation, and implementation of customer needs in our EDI software
  • Development of mappings (matching and parameterization of fields from multiple databases) and script writing
  • Maintenance of relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Validation testing
  • Management and adherence to production schedule
  • Reporting to your supervisor
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams
  • Experience in an International environment
  • Ease with electronic data interchange streams, e-invoicing
Qualifications
  • Coming from a higher education background in computer science (computer and network, management computing)
  • Successful first experience (between 2 and 5 years) in IT support, business software configuration, and solution deployment
Language Skills
  • Fluent in French and English (working language)
Computer Skills
  • API, EDI, Knowledge including XML and JSON
  • Experienced with all universal software
  • Ability to learn and use any online tools (Jira / Service Now)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Able to plan and organize his work and be autonomous
