Job Description

We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Manager to lead our Compeed brand to new heights. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global category strategy across European markets.

Your mission will be to drive awareness, loyalty, and share growth for the Compeed brand, leveraging a clear vision and right to win. You will work closely with local marketing teams and distributor markets to ensure alignment and execution of global strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing consumer brand strategy that drives awareness, loyalty, and share growth
  • Supporting the implementation of global business and brand strategies
  • Developing global assets for the brand/category based on differentiated positioning and motivating insights
  • Building collaboration of brand thinking, strategy, and plans across the global cross-functional team
  • Leading consumer understanding for the category on an international basis

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing mix, consumer insights, and digital working in a global organization. You will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing activities in a complex matrix, managing, and influencing.

Essential skills include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels, and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Result-oriented and business-minded
  • Enthusiastic and resilient team player with a hands-on attitude, focused on solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to transform functional innovations into inspirational ideas and tell stories
