Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Assistant to join our global finance team in Paris, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our subsidiaries in the APAC and MEA regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and general accounting for our group's subsidiaries
  • Allocate supplier invoices to expense accounts using NetSuite software
  • Create and monitor virtual payment cards using Spendesk software
  • Verify and validate expenses using Concur software
  • Set up and monitor payment schedules
  • Support the monthly closing of accounts
  • Review accruals and prepaid expenses during month end
  • Check the creation and updates of new vendors in Ivalua
  • Book bonus and commissions accruals
Requirements
  • Diploma in accounting from a French College or University
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices in an international environment
  • Confirmed Excel skills (xlookup, pivot tables...)
  • Proficient in English and French
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
