Position: CNC Operator - Precision Engineering

We are looking for a proficient CNC operator to become a vital part of a prominent manufacturing firm. In this role, you will be tasked with the operation of CNC machinery to execute turning and milling tasks in accordance with predefined protocols, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the workspace and machinery for machining tasks
  • Evaluate technical specifications and determine machining steps
  • Configure and fine-tune cutting instruments
  • Select appropriate tools and set up the machines
  • Conduct quality inspections on machined components
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on machinery
  • Manufacture components following technical drawings
  • Utilize software tools for programming and monitoring processes
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience operating 4-axis CNC machinery
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance
  • Physical capability to manage operational tasks
