**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members

**Requirements**
- 5+ years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
