Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Optimization
    Enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.
  • Ecommerce Project Management
    Manage projects related to ecommerce, including sales, performance marketing, CRM, and product launches.
  • Advertising and Marketing Strategy
    Develop and refine online advertising strategies to boost key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates.
  • Business Analysis and Growth
    Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion on ecommerce platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring
    Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon is highly desirable.
