Financial Controller Manager

Nous recherchons un(e) Corporate Financial Controller idéalement basé(e) à Toulouse pour une mission de remplacement (Freelance, CDD et interim) de minimum 3 mois.
Rattaché(e) à notre Deputy CFO, vous serez responsable :
- Analyse des Coûts Centraux : Analyser en détail les coûts associés aux fonctions centrales pour identifier les tendances, les écarts et les opportunités d'économies.
- Budget et Prévisions : Collaborer avec les chefs de département pour élaborer le budget et les prévisions des coûts centraux, en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Reporting et Analyse des Écarts : Préparer des rapports périodiques sur les coûts centraux, analyser les écarts par rapport au budget et aux prévisions, et fournir des explications et des recommandations claires.
- Optimisation des Coûts : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'optimisation des coûts sans compromettre la qualité ou l'efficacité des opérations centrales.
- Contrôle Interne et Conformité juridique et fiscale : Assurer le respect des procédures de contrôle interne dans la gestion des coûts centraux et contribuer à l'amélioration de ces contrôles pour renforcer la gouvernance financière.
- Projets Stratégiques : Participer à des projets stratégiques, fournir des analyses de coûts et des perspectives financières pour soutenir la prise de décision.
- Communication et Collaboration : Agir en tant que partenaire financier pour les chefs de département, offrir un soutien et des conseils sur les questions financières liées aux coûts centraux.
- Consolidation Financière : Superviser la consolidation des états financiers de la holding et de ses filiales, cadrer les intercompanies, en garantissant précision et conformité avec les normes comptables internationales.
- Développement d'Équipe : Développer l'équipe (1 Manager et 3 comptables), en veillant à la formation continue et au développement professionnel.
- Objectif de simplification et de gain d'efficacité opérationnelle et de réduction des délais de publication du reporting financier mensuel : Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et des outils pour accroître l'efficacité et la productivité de l'équipe.
- Formation : Master en finance, comptabilité, ou domaine connexe. Une qualification professionnelle telle que CPA, ACCA, ou CMA est fortement souhaitée.
- Expérience : Expérience significative en contrôle financier ou dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de holding ou avec une expérience de gestion de filiales.
- Compétences Techniques : Excellente connaissance des normes comptables internationales, de la consolidation financière, et des meilleures pratiques de gestion financière.
- Compétences Analytiques : Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données financières complexes pour la prise de décision.
- Leadership : Capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe, avec une expérience prouvée en gestion d'équipe.
- Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec la capacité de communiquer des concepts financiers complexes à des non-experts.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
