About the Role
As a key member of the ANCOR team, you will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement and optimization of hop farm processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Flows for new and modified equipment and procedures.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure process performance.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget.
- Oversee the management and operations of hop farm projects to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Crop Science.
- At least 3 years of experience in hop farming, with a strong background in process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of hop farm management, hop growing and harvesting management, farm development planning, and procurement management.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Highly goal-driven and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and able to relocate to the Russian Federation for full-time employment, with up to 30-60% travel within the region.
