Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Kenvue. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence and data analytics support to our commercial and marketing teams in France.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and coordinating the execution of our omnichannel strategy on the ground
  • Determining key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve commercial excellence on the ground in collaboration with sales directors and account managers
  • Creating and piloting commercial performance by client, circuit, or sales team (distribution of commercial objectives, invoiced sales, achieved vs. objective, sell-in vs. sell-out, monitoring of Perfect Store indicators, monthly landing CA projection...) in close collaboration with business teams
  • Engagement in sales excellence strategy (visit frequency, compliance with Must Stock List, training conducted, merchandising coverage, etc.) analysis and action plan recommendations
  • Contributing to the identification and investigation of sales opportunities
  • Commercial development: Supporting market watch projects with market analysis and sales potential evaluation
  • Closely collaborating with commercial squad leaders in the context of business and commercial performance management, and for conducting analyses, sprints, or ad-hoc projects
  • Ensuring the simplification and continuous improvement of data management tools and reporting in liaison with IT and business teams, and participating closely in projects contributing to commercial efficiency improvement
  • Collaborating with EMEA/CLUSTER regional contacts responsible for commercial management systems, sharing best practices, and conducting or participating in the development of new sales data/analytics tools or projects
  • Being able to define/adjust client segmentation based on results

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a BAC+5 degree, preferably from a business school or engineering school, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry (agro-food, cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics) in a commercial development, business intelligence/data analytics function involving mastery of sales force tools.

You have worked on the go-to-market strategy (market approach, segmentation), and will be able to create and use dashboards.

You have in-depth expertise in commercial development processes and their impact on business (assortment cycle, MSL/AM, distribution model, client segmentation, pricing models, promotion processes, KPIs,...).

You have an affinity with the IT domain, and are familiar with data flow model principles (data sources, data structure, database, PowerBI).

Finally, proficiency in English is essential for working with regional EMEA teams and for potential future career development within the group.
