Join Our Team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Kenvue, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics to support our commercial and marketing departments in France. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expertise and knowledge to drive business growth and improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate the execution of our omnichannel strategy on the ground
  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide tools and knowledge to achieve commercial excellence
  • Create and pilot commercial performance by client, circuit, or sales team (objectives, sales made to the wholesaler vs. sales made to the end customer, Perfect Store indicators, monthly sales projections)
  • Engage in excellence sales strategy (visit frequency, compliance with Must Stock List, training provided, merchandising coverage, etc.)
  • Contribute to identifying and investigating sales opportunities
  • Develop commercial projects: support market analysis, sales potential evaluation
  • Collaborate closely with commercial squad leaders to drive business and commercial performance, and lead analyses, sprints, or ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure the simplification and continuous improvement of data management tools and reporting in collaboration with IT and business teams
  • Participate in projects contributing to commercial efficiency improvement
  • Share best practices and develop new sales data/analytics tools or projects with regional EMEA/CLUSTER teams
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consumer goods sector. You should have a solid understanding of commercial development processes and their impact on business performance. Proficiency in data flow models, data sources, data structure, database, and PowerBI is essential. Fluency in English is required for collaboration with regional teams.
