Poste : Responsable Clientèle Spécialiste Data Center

Missions

Représenter et promouvoir l'activité Data Center :

* Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de notre expertise en infrastructures IT auprès de nos clients internes et externes,

* Conseiller la clientèle interne sur leurs besoins en infrastructure IT, assurant un service de haute qualité.

Développer un portefeuille de clients externes

* Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients, notamment installateurs et bureaux d'études, pour identifier des opportunités de projets,

* Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants pour garantir leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.

Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des projets clé en main

* Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour élaborer des solutions sur mesure répondant aux besoins spécifiques des clients,

* Assurer la protection, l'alimentation, le refroidissement et la sécurité des serveurs et des data centers.

Gérer les relations avec divers interlocuteurs

* Communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les partenaires et les équipes internes à différents niveaux hiérarchiques,

* Coordonner les efforts des équipes internes pour garantir les projets.

Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir dans la région.

Profil

* Bac +5 de types master ou École d'Ingénieur minimum,

* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Commercial.

Vos compétences

* Connaissances en infrastructures de data centers ou en installation électrique,

* Connaissances solides en onduleurs ou RAC (Racks, Alimentations et Connectiques),

* Forte aptitude à la prospection et au développement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires,

* Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation,

* Proactivité et force de proposition pour identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités,

* Anglais courant.
