Senior Specialist Financial Reporting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Financial Reporting and Accounting to join our team at AXA XL. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial reporting and accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial reporting and accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken).
