Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Enablement Expert to join our EMEA region team. As a key member of our Technical Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the performance and productivity of our global technical teams.

Datadog is a monitoring service for hybrid cloud applications that helps organizations improve agility, increase efficiency, and provide end-to-end visibility across the application and organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective in-person and virtual onboarding and technical training programs to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum team to develop and pilot new programs, providing feedback and co-building when necessary.
  • Work closely with first and second-line technical solutions leaders to identify, develop, and deliver ad-hoc training as needed.
  • Partner with technical solutions teams to observe and assess their processes, empathize with troubleshooting challenges, evaluate the impact of enablement programs, and provide coaching to individual contributors, supporting TS leadership.
  • Contribute to enablement strategy using your understanding of Datadog products, technical solutions team performance metrics, and key relationships with cross-functional partners.

Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, technical enablement, or a related field, working with technical concepts.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages would be highly beneficial given the regional focus.
  • Expertise in delivering training to live audiences and running classrooms.
  • A strong background in SaaS or technology companies, with an understanding of the EMEA market.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience in enabling support or sales engineers through structured methodologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple.
