Event Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at SAWOO GmbH. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of our regularly scheduled meetups. These events bring together high-level executives from renowned companies, providing a unique opportunity for networking and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Preparation: Print and prepare name tags, questionnaires, and other materials for the meetup host.
  • Execution: Welcome guests, hand out name tags, and ensure the service staff provides guests with food and drinks.
  • Follow-up: Fill out a small personal questionnaire, update the participant list, and upload the participant list along with all questionnaires, photos, and videos.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
  • Confident and professional interaction with international guests and executives.
  • Native-level English speaking skills.
