Technical Support Specialist

Join our Service Center where you will be responsible for managing user incidents and requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and track user requests and calls,
- Perform initial remote diagnostics and categorize incidents,
- Resolve issues in accordance with established protocols,
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate support teams when required,
- Maintain communication with users until incidents are resolved,
- Update documentation including incident reports and process improvements.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operating systems: Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications: Office 2007, 2010, 2013, Office 365,
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Microsoft Exchange and IBM Notes,
- Knowledge of incident and request management systems like GLPI, Service Now, Easy Vista,
- Competence in collaborative tools including Microsoft Sharepoint and Google Apps.
