AAXA Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Identity and Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for our new Group Identity Governance and Administration platform, LISA.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes within the project or team.
- Lead a team of QA analysts, defining test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Implement test automation systems and adapt testing approach to DevOps practices.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in test management tools such as JIRA, and test automation tools like Selenium. You should have knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python, and familiarity with database management and querying using SQL. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins is also required.
**Non-technical Skills**
- Leadership and team management: Ability to lead and mentor a team of QA analysts.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
