Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Director to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to drive people and organization initiatives.
  • Leverage data and employee survey to identify people/organizational insights and inform decision making.
  • Design the organization principles.
  • Define the training strategy.
  • Talent Management.
  • Address questions from business stakeholders on interpretation of HR policies, consulting with COEs as needed.
  • Understand and apply the company's philosophy, principles and programs (including total rewards, learning, people development and mobility).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design).
  • At least 1 international experience.
