Business Development Coordinator M/F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Southern European Origination team as a Business Development Coordinator M/F. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our wholesale energy business in France.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Origination France in ensuring the holistic business ownership, strategic alignment, and operational excellence of our Market Access and Origination business in France.
- Represent our interests in crucial projects, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
- Drive profitability by identifying operational issues and facilitating action across Statkraft departments to mitigate and overcome structural problems.
- Stay on top of regulatory changes affecting our business and ensure their timely implementation.
- Participate and represent the team in operational projects as well as cross-functional groups.
- Drive continuous improvement in our contracts and internal processes.
- Support the Head of Origination France in the end-to-end origination business administration and strategy development.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to details.
- Previous experience in energy markets, particularly exposure to origination-related products and internal operational processes.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex problems and structure solutions.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
