Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a diverse array of menu items, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
  • Adhere to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute menus for various dining outlets
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative menu items and culinary concepts
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment

**Qualifications**

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience across at least two different kitchen sections, such as Gardé manger, banquets, a la carte, or breakfast
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate required
  • Experience in a luxury hotel setting with comparable service standards is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player
  • Previous culinary experience of at least three years is essential
  • Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline is a plus
  • Must possess valid authorization to work in the USA
**Physical Requirements:**
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 40 lbs
  • Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps
