Description du poste
La Direction des Systèmes d'Information et de la Digitalisation (DSID) recherche un(e) Senior Machine Learning AI Engineer pour accompagner et contribuer à la réalisation des ambitions de développement de Crédit Agricole Leasing et Factoring (CAL&F) et de modernisation de nos systèmes d'information au service des clients et du Groupe Crédit Agricole à horizon 2025.
Le/la ML Engineer doit permettre à CAL&F d'accélérer son développement sur les sujets autour de l'IA. Ce poste sera rattaché à l'équipe Data Factory. L'objectif principal est d'implémenter, optimiser et déployer en production des algorithmes en collaboration avec les équipes de data science Risque, Marketing et Finance.
Missions
- Participation à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de l'architecture des solutions ML en collaboration avec les équipes techniques (architectes, Data Engineers) et métiers (Data Scientists, Business/Data Analysts).
- Accompagnement de bout-en-bout des Data Scientists dans le cadre du processus de développement ML (conception, mise en œuvre et gestion) pour s'assurer que les solutions soient reproductibles, testables et évolutives.
- Définition et mise en place des bonnes pratiques pour l'automatisation, le testing, le versioning, la reproductibilité et le monitoring des modèles déployés.
- Optimisation, mise en production et surveillance des modèles déployés sur des environnements « on-premise » ou Cloud.
- Mise en place des tests approfondis pour évaluer la qualité, la précision et les performances des modèles.
- Participer à la veille technologique pour rester à jour avec les avancées de l'IA et de l'apprentissage automatique.
Localisation du poste
Le poste est basé au campus du Groupe situé à Montrouge avec deux jours de télétravail par semaine possibles.
