Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Develop and maintain project management follow-up, methodologies, and standards to ensure that projects align with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor tasks progress to identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning across various projects, and work with project managers to optimize resource utilization.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare regular status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards to update governance and key stakeholders on project progress.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a top consulting company.
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods and beauty industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational aspects of project management, with strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
