About the RoleWe are seeking a Data Quality Leader to join our Credit Risk Monitoring department in Paris. As a leader manager, you will be responsible for managing the data quality system, deploying the GFS data management framework, and ensuring the proper integration of data quality requirements in projects handling Credit Risk data.
You will lead the HR management of the team, coordinate with the teams of the Credit Risk Monitoring department, and participate in cross-functional work involving data within the Data Risk function, within the GFC Data function, and within the Data GFS function.
You will ensure the deployment and coordination of the Data system within the credit risk departments of the GFS platforms and contribute to the GFS strategic plan on data.

RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in positions with a significant data component, including several years in a management position. You should be familiar with data concepts and regulations, the Bank's market products and financing operations, credit risk management information systems architecture, and use of computer and reporting tools.
You should have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, and be proactive, assertive, and diplomatic. You should be able to generate buy-in, be pragmatic and adaptable, and results-oriented. You should master English with a C2 level.
