We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Leader to join our Credit Risk Monitoring department as a leader manager.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team responsible for the GFS Credit Risk data quality system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data relating to individual limits and counterparty grouping in risk systems.
- Deploy the GFS data management framework on Credit Risk data.
- Ensure data quality requirements are integrated into projects handling Credit Risk data.
- Contribute to GFS exercises, BPCE, and BCE related to data and BCBS.
- Lead HR management of the team, including task distribution, prioritization, and communication.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk Monitoring department teams and credit risk department teams.
- Participate in cross-functional work involving data within Data Risk, GFC Data, and Data GFS functions.
- Ensure data system deployment and coordination within credit risk departments of GFS platforms.
- Contribute to the GFS strategic plan on data.
We are looking for a proactive, assertive, and diplomatic individual with excellent communication skills.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in positions with a significant data component, including several years in a management position.
You should be familiar with data concepts and regulations, the Bank's market products and financing operations, and credit risk management information systems architecture.
You should also have experience with computer and reporting tools, such as Alteryx, SQL, VBA, and PowerBI.
A C2 level of English is required for this role.
