We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Outdoor Industry Compass. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various analytics platforms to provide actionable insights to the business team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to provide recommendations to optimize the customer journey and improve the user experience.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, return rates, consumer behavior, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the global data team and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital analysis, including conducting analyses, creating presentations, and comfortable with presenting.
- Excellent proficiency required with Content Square.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Piano is preferred.
- Fluent English and French is a plus.
