Position Overview:
- Oversee the industrialization and initiation of mass production for P1 / P0 projects in partnership with the R&D center.
- Ensure optimal project launch outcomes concerning Quality, Costs, and Timeliness.
- Manage operational aspects of project launches, including scheduling, team leadership, and reporting to upper management.
- Assess production site capacity and investment requirements, and supervise the production ramp-up stages.
- Administer the budget for the project's industrialization phase, encompassing all site resources.
- Uphold and promote Valeo's values, culture, and standards throughout project launches.
- Deliver updates on project progress during management reviews.
- Facilitate communication with clients regarding the advancement of project development (product/process validation, PPAP, Initial Samples).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Team Member/Project Manager or in series processes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to independently manage projects.
- Financial insight relevant to projects (cost structure, product/process, investments).
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
