Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement CSR Strategy
- Define a comprehensive CSR strategy with clear objectives and action plans for the Division.
- Coordinate and implement action plans with the support of CSR ambassadors and sponsors.
- Monitor and Report Progress
- Provide regular updates to the community ambassador on the progress of actions.
- Monitor and analyze CSR data to align with objectives.
- Ensure Compliance and Certification
- Implement and track CSR training for employees.
- Write and deploy processes for Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Ethics.
- Focus on ISO certification and maintain the monthly CSR scorecard.
