About the Role

Aperam is a leading global industry leader with a strong presence in Brazil, Europe, and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business cases for new markets and products, aligning with company priorities and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including top management, R&D centers, industrial teams, and sales teams, to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Manage and monitor business cases, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a partnership mindset and driving business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Aperam's global presence, leveraging the company's values of agility and ingenuity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership, with a strong track record of driving business growth and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and another Aperam language (e.g., German, Italian, French, Dutch)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
