Job Title: Global Spirits Brand Manager
About the Company:
Fluid Fusion is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the drinks industry. We are partnering with a prestigious spirits company to find an exceptional Global Spirits Brand Manager.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating, developing, and implementing exceptional marketing activity to ensure the brands continue to grow and evolve in markets around the globe. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify gaps and market opportunities.
- Identifying brand growth drivers and benchmarks.
- Building brand guidelines and strategies.
- Monitoring the brand corporate budget.
- Enhancing product knowledge to become an expert in the spirits category.
Key Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in alcoholic beverages marketing, preferably working globally at an ABM or BM level. Strong strategic ability, great communication and cultural awareness, and English language proficiency are essential. French speaking is an advantage.
Location: Based in or accessible to Paris.
Education: Educated to degree level.
