We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance and Risk Lead to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our IT Governance and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance and IT risk monitoring strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop effective risk management plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on IT risk and compliance matters, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
- Work closely with the Head of Governance and Compliance to ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to ensure that AXA Group's IT systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the IT industry, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT risk and compliance, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to have a strong understanding of IT risk and compliance frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST. You will also need to have experience with risk management tools and technologies, and be able to develop and implement effective risk management plans.
As a key member of our team, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to be able to communicate complex IT risk and compliance concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
