About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Economist to join our team at Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg. As a key member of our Infrastructure Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial sustainability of our construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of existing buildings to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement detailed budget estimates for construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and update our technical database to provide accurate and up-to-date cost estimates for future projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction and renovation projects, with a strong understanding of technical and regulatory requirements.
