We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the full cycle global Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) implementations across all Deel business units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire M&A process, from due diligence to integration and post-closing harmonization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end M&A HR integration process, partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with our People Analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize M&A outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to integrate acquired companies, ensuring cultural alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including organizational design, compensation, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • Drive process improvements and develop best practices to enhance the M&A experience.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, including deal teams, HR, and business leaders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in M&A, HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading global M&A programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of global employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
