Le poste de Product Manager Façade Europe

En tant que Product Manager Façade Europe, vous serez au coeur de notre stratégie de développement de produits façade à travers l'Europe.

Sous la supervision directe du Segment Manager for Building Envelope, vous serez responsable de la planification stratégique, du développement de nouveaux produits et de la gestion des produits existants.

Vos missions incluront :

* L'analyse approfondie des besoins clients et du marché,
* L'élaboration de business plans basés sur des études de marché détaillées,
* La coordination avec les équipes de vente pour l'optimisation des tarifs et de l'approche commerciale,
* La gestion opérationnelle des initiatives pour le marché français.

Vous serez le pivot central entre les services internes, coordonnant le lancement et la promotion des nouveaux produits, veillant à leur conformité aux plans établis.

Votre rôle essentiel impliquera également des déplacements, la collaboration étroite avec les équipes de vente sur le terrain, et la formation des collaborateurs sur les produits.

Le profil recherché

Le candidat idéal pour le poste de Product Manager Façade Europe doit posséder un diplôme d'une école supérieure de commerce et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produits, dont au moins 2 ans dans le domaine de la façade et de l'environnement industriel et B2B.

Maîtrisant parfaitement l'anglais et le français, une connaissance de l'allemand serait un atout. Ce professionnel devrait avoir une solide compréhension des données financières de l'entreprise, des compétences analytiques et mathématiques avancées.
