Trainee in Project Coordination for Village Solutions H/F

Join our organization as a Partnership Management Intern for Solution Village H/F, where you will play a vital role in advancing the initiatives of the Solution Village.

As a Partnership Management Trainee, your responsibilities will encompass the planning and oversight of various phases of the project aimed at transforming the center into a vibrant Village, while addressing the specific needs outlined in the Afpa Village des Solutions strategy.

The services offered by the Solution Village are anchored on two fundamental aspects:

  • Engagement of the facilities
  • Coordination of the stakeholder community (partners, audiences, institutions, and businesses)

Reporting to the center and collaborating closely with the center's team, the Partnership Management Intern will focus on:

Enhancing the activities and leadership of the Village community

  • Assist in the expansion of the Solution Village offerings in collaboration with the center's management team and the Village Council. Aid in the effective integration of solutions within the Village and participate in the implementation of partner solutions on-site.
  • Provide assistance in organizing and preparing meetings with partners, including thematic working groups, collaborative governance bodies, and event planning.
  • Document discussions within the Village Council and prepare meeting minutes, decision records, and work schedules.
  • Support the center's team in formulating partnership agreements.

Advancing the partnership framework of the Village

  • Engage in the cultivation of partnership relationships and network strengthening: prepare and facilitate meetings, draft reports, and conduct evaluations.
  • Assist in the establishment of partner consortium agreements.
  • Support the formulation of partnership agreements for the Village.
  • Conduct research on local stakeholders to identify potential new members for the Village Council.

This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a Master's degree.
