About the Company:
Our client is a well-established creative digital agency that specializes in working with causes and charitable organizations to help them attract and retain supporters.
The Role:
- Utilize your experience in print and digital communications to assist agency team leaders in planning and coordinating resources for new campaigns.
- Work with clients to develop briefs and provide audience insights for the agency team.
- Identify opportunities to expand services offered to charity clients.
- Write creative and task briefs, and maintain strong client relationships by addressing feedback and providing updates on project status.
- Create estimates, manage project scope, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Lead projects independently and proactively address any service issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Resource Manager to schedule and allocate resources using project management tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in print and digital communications, particularly within the charity sector.
- Familiarity with running digital campaigns and collaborating with digital teams.
- Degree in communications, marketing, or related field with at least four years of industry experience.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
