We're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of personal documentation systems for government clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project development strategies, including roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and documentation.
- Analyze and document project requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Lead project progress against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory constraints.
- Conduct risk analysis and monitor mitigation plans.
- Provide vision and direction to stakeholders, including technical teams and internal or external customers and partners.
- Support business teams as needed in offer preparation, demonstrations, product presentations, and other activities.
- Elaborate, manage, and execute development plans for projects exceeding 30,000 hours.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Technical experience on numerous international projects with a strong systems focus.
- Mastery of the project lifecycle with a capacity for management and organization (Agile methodology).
- Ability to travel approximately 1 week per quarter.
- Experience in pre-sales.
- Experience in IT security.
- Experience within the ID/personal document sector.
