About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hana Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Implement and maintain HACCP protocols to ensure a safe and healthy food environment.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
